1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from HoroParts.com (operated by JERA, Saint Cloud, Florida), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place any order.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Refunds

This policy exists because watch parts are precision components that, once handled or installed, cannot be resold in original condition. We describe all products accurately, including condition (Original, Aftermarket, or Used), and provide photographs to allow buyers to make informed decisions before purchase.

Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be considered only if an item was materially misrepresented (e.g., wrong part shipped). In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@horoparts.com.

3. Buyer Responsibility — Part Compatibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for verifying that any part you purchase is compatible with your watch before completing your order. HoroParts provides product descriptions, SKUs, and photographs for reference only.

We strongly recommend consulting the official service manual for your watch model or working with a certified watchmaker before purchasing parts. HoroParts assumes no liability for incompatibility, improper installation, or damage resulting from the use of purchased parts.

4. Aftermarket & Third-Party Parts

HoroParts sells both genuine (Original Equipment Manufacturer — OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts are manufactured by third parties to be compatible with specific watch models and are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original watch brand.

Brand names (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Seiko, TAG Heuer) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility reference purposes only. HoroParts is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer, agent, or partner of any watch manufacturer.

Aftermarket parts are sold "AS IS" with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (Florida UCC § 672.316).

5. Product Condition Definitions

• ORIGINAL: Genuine OEM part, new or in unused condition, sourced from authorized channels.
• AFTERMARKET: Third-party manufactured part, new, designed to be compatible with specific watch models.
• USED: Pre-owned or pulled part; condition described individually in the product listing.

6. Professional Installation Disclaimer

Watch repair is a specialized skill. HoroParts strongly recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified, certified watchmaker. Improper installation may damage your watch and voids any manufacturer warranty. HoroParts is not liable for damage resulting from self-installation or installation by uncertified individuals.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). HoroParts reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. HoroParts does not store credit card information.

8. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates only. HoroParts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoroParts' total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. HoroParts is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
